Beebe Lady Badger volleyball

Congradulations to Coach Cassie Moore and her Lady Badger volleyball team for making the 5A state volleyball tournament for the 2nd straight year. Tuesday night, the Lady Badgers will take on Greenwood at 8 PM. This year, the tournament is being hosted by Siloam Springs. Good luck to the Lady Badgers!!!

White Hall at Beebe(Senior Night)

Well Badger fans, its hard to believe that the regular season is almost over and Senior Night is here. Twelve seniors will be honored before the game on Friday and I will list them all on here. This is a huge ballgame and the Badgers are looking for a huge win as they try and make the playoffs for a third year in a row. The forecast calls for rain, so we'll see how that affects the condition of the field. I'd like to say that I've enjoyed covering this bunch of Badgers over the past few years and I wish them all the luck in the world, both this season and beyond. Way to go guys!!!

Beebe at LR Mills

This week, the Badgers travel into Pulaski County and south on Interstate 530 as they take on the Mills Comets in a huge 5A Southeast Conference game. Beebe is tied w/ White Hall for 2nd place in the conference with not only playoff implications, but possible playoff seeding on the line. Your thoughts on this huge game?

Special halftime guest

Well Badger fans, at halftime of the October 30 broadcast on Senior Night against White Hall, I will have a special halftime guest, Beebe Head Boys basketball coach Chris Parker. Coach Parker and I will discuss the upcoming season. Also, I will post the Beebe High basketball schedule on here shortly and will also note games that will be broadcast.

Beebe vs. LR McClellan

Well Badger fans, Beebe tries to get back on the winning track as they host the Crimson Lions of LR McClellan this Friday. According to the 7 day weather forecast, it looks like its going to be clear and cool on Friday, true football weather. Hopefully, the weather will hold out for this key 5A Southeast Conference game.

Beebe at Monticello

Well Badger fans, the weather forecast is for a good chance of rain, so hopefully, you'll listen to NEARSports radio as we'll cover the Badgers as they travel to Monticello for a key 5A Southeast Conference game. Don't forget, our coaches show, "Countdown to Kickoff" will begin at about 6:30, then we'll have live pregame and then kickoff at 7 PM between the Badgers and the Billies. This should be an interesting contest.

Well Badger fans, don't forget that this week's game is Homecoming. Congradulations to the BHS Homecoming queen, Leslie Bryant and her court.
